DSD’s vision of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) has been fulfilled through a comprehensive input received from all stakeholders. We believe that views of all our partners and beneficiaries can constitute towards the refining and achievements of our objectives, this would help us in ensuring the links for best practices and best service providers.

Consultative dialogues help us in need assessment for teacher development and provision of requisite assistance. It recommends policy improvements and better operational measures. We often receive valuable feedback for our activities and suggestions regarding our implementation procedure. We value the feedback and are greatly indebted for all the strength that we derive from our partners.
